Stronger Together: Women’s Network Spotlight

Many team members are familiar with Greenheck Group Employee Networks (GENs), our internal forum to connect those with shared interests and goals. GENs are meant to empower one another and support Greenheck Group goals through organizational and financial support and professional development.

Founded in 2020, the mission of the Women’s Network is to support, develop, connect, and advance women in the Greenheck Group workplace. Those who align with this mission are welcome to join the 150+ members from our locations across the country, including Schofield, Shelby, Tulsa, Minneapolis, and most recently, our Florida facilities.

Greenheck Group is a corporate member of Women in Manufacturing (WiM), an organization represented in all 50 states and internationally to support, promote, and inspire women in manufacturing careers. In fact, WiM is the only national trade association dedicated to supporting women in the manufacturing industry. Our Women’s Network supports WiM by co-hosting events like webinars and networking events and encouraging membership to WiM, which is free for all Women’s Network members.

The biggest focus this year for the Women’s Network is to provide members with more opportunities for professional and personal development. Targeted efforts have been made to connect with regional locations, resulting in excellent growth in our chapters in North Carolina and Florida. We are excited to continue investing in regional chapters to allow for in-person events at each location, as well as virtual events that will create connection points between all chapters of the Women’s Network at Greenheck Group.
