Our founder

This success wouldn’t happen without two essential things: Our people and our values.

“There is no finish line.”
– Bob Greenheck

Brothers Bob and Bernie Greenheck returned from World War II to their hometown of Schofield, Wisconsin with grit and gumption enough to try their hands at starting a business. And like many young entrepreneurs, they tried a few things before they got it right – with a small sheet metal shop and one employee.
They couldn’t have predicted that what they started in 1947 has become a global manufacturing leader with 5,000+ team members in 8 states, Mexico, and India.

This success wouldn’t happen without two essential things: Our people and our values.

“There is no finish line.”
– Bob Greenheck
