Building Capacity through Collaboration

The PRV (Powered Roof Ventilators) Business Unit is experiencing a strong period of growth driven by customer demand and continued operational excellence. Over the past year, our teams have delivered outstanding results—earning our customers’ trust and strengthening our position in the market. As customers continue to choose Greenheck Group, demand for our products increases, enabling continued investment in our plants, products, and people.

This progression reflects the strength of our approach: consistently strong execution builds customer confidence, which drives growth and supports ongoing investment in our processes, facilities, and team members. By aligning capacity investments with customer needs and market opportunities, we are strengthening our ability to sustain that momentum—continuing to earn customer trust, invest in our business, and build long-term stability.

To support this growth, PRV has expanded operational capacity in North Carolina. This investment
enhances our ability to serve customers while strengthening collaboration across teams.

The additional space supports improved workflows, better coordination, and creates opportunities for team members to innovate and grow.

This effort has been a true cross-functional achievement. Teams from PRV and KVS (Kitchen Ventilation Systems) worked closely to ensure equipment placement and production readiness were completed seamlessly, with no impact to lead times. The PRV team successfully established operations in space previously utilized by KVS, while maintaining strong customer service levels throughout the transition. At the same time, KVS successfully completed a large order for the Tennessee Titans while finalizing equipment readiness across facilities—demonstrating strong coordination and execution across teams.

From scheduling and operations to systems, engineering, and materials the collaboration across business units was essential. Together, these efforts strengthen our ability to meet customers where they are—geographically and operationally—while maintaining the quality and reliability they expect.

Looking ahead, PRV will continue to enhance capabilities as additional equipment comes online in the coming months. The North Carolina team has adapted quickly to new processes and systems, demonstrating flexibility, ownership, and pride in their work.

With continued collaboration across teams, we are building capacity, strengthening our operations, delivering value to our customers, and investing in our collective future.
