Our Knoxville, TN campus is beginning to take shape, but one of the most important parts of the project has already started: building the team – Team Tennessee – that will bring it to life. We are welcoming our first team members in Knoxville, with more hiring planned as we move closer to opening Dampers, our first facility, in August. These early team members play a key role in preparing the campus for production, promoting a safe workplace, maintaining equipment, and helping build strong processes from day one.
This is an exciting step, because Knoxville is a long-term investment in Greenheck Group’s future. The new campus will increase capacity, support growing customer demand, and create meaningful career opportunities. But buildings and equipment are only part of the story — the people we hire today will help shape the future of our Tennessee campus. That’s why every new team member matters. When we talk with candidates, we talk about more than job duties. We talk about our values, our culture and the responsibility that comes with helping start something new.

The early interest in joining our team has been strong. In the first few months, the initial dozen Knoxville roles attracted about 1,300 applications. Job candidates have expressed positive feedback about Greenheck Group and what they hear about our culture, values and early reputation in the community. Production hiring will continue to ramp up this summer and fall.
As new team members join, we are focused on a strong onboarding and training program, and helping people feel like they belong to Team Greenheck Group. Knoxville is more than a new campus.
