Q: What is your education or background that led you to where you are now?
After graduating high school, I felt like I was settling and I knew I wanted more out of my career. I came here to learn as much as possible, even with no prior manufacturing experience!
Q: What made you choose a career in manufacturing?
I didn’t want to let fear take control, so I decided to take the leap into an industry that would help me grow.
Q: How long have you been with Greenheck Group?
I celebrated my first anniversary this July!
Q: Why Greenheck Group over other employers?
The team chose me. I came here for a change, and they gave me a chance. I’m so grateful for the opportunity.
Q: You’ve joined various committees in the Marion facility. Tell us about them.
I have joined the Training Committee, Community Action Team, and the 5S Team. I love how involved we are in the community, trying to make a difference one small step at a time.
Q: What do you think is the recipe for a successful team?
A successful team is comprised of communication, collaboration, and asking questions.
Q: What’s your advice to new hires?
Don’t be afraid of the unknown and be open to learning new things along the way.
