You may find it hard to believe Erin Murphy joined our Tulsa team with no manufacturing experience. Her caring demeanor and natural leadership skills are apparent upon meeting her. From working on the shop floor to making her way up to a supervisor position, we’re honored Erin has grown with us. We sat down with her to learn more about her career and what she loves about being part of Greenheck Group.
When I was looking for a new job, I never considered manufacturing since I had no prior experience, but a friend of mine worked here and had great things to say, so I decided to give it a chance.
Greenheck Group has given me a purpose. When I started, I could tell this was a different type of company. Participation was encouraged and there were opportunities for growth, which made me feel like my work mattered.
I think the recipe for good leadership is effort and care. You need to invest in the success of your team. Be willing to give your time to help them grow.
Greenheck Group cares about their people. Training is a priority and supervisors are encouraged to share constructive feedback with their team members. Here, everyone is valued.
