Lucy Hernandez, a production supervisor in Florida, joined our team after her military service. Read on for Lucy’s perspective on leadership and learning.
Q: What is your education or background that led you to where you are now?
I retired from the military as a Navy Chief (E-7) and earned my BA in business management from Saint Leo University.
Q: What made you choose a career in manufacturing?
I enjoy training, mentoring, and leading people, and manufacturing is the perfect environment to do that. I thrive in settings driven by targets, metrics, KPIs, and clear goals.
Q: How long have you been with Greenheck Group?
I joined Greenheck Group in July 2025 as the second shift production supervisor. I will celebrate one year this summer!
